WHAT ABOUT AUSTRALIA? A RETURN TO EUROPE?
The original plan was for Tori to do a quick US tour, swing through
Australia in August, and then return to Europe for a more extensive
tour. However, those plans have changed and Tori is now doing an
extensive US tour. The current schedule has her here in the States
through August. No information on new plans for Australia or Europe.

HOW COME (MY CITY) ISN'T LISTED?
I will add dates to this list as I receive confirmation. If your
city isn't listed then it means they either haven't made plans for
your city or are not ready to announce it for some reason. Neither
RDT Fanzine nor myself have any inside information on potential shows.

WHEN DO TICKETS FOR (MY CITY) GO ON SALE?
If its not on the above list then we don't know. Tori's management
and record company are not involved in ticket sales, they don't
have that information. They leave that up to the individual show
promoters. I am updating the above list from people telling me when
tickets go on sale so please help contribute information.

HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN TICKETS FOR (MY CITY) GO ON SALE?
Your best bet is to call the venue and your local ticket agency.
They will usually deny any information about the show. That
doesn't mean the concert isn't gonna happen, it just means they are
not ready to announce it. They will often deny any knowledge of
the concert right up until the day they begin selling tickets!
Keep calling every few days. Typically the agency will make an
announcement a few days before tickets go on sale. For example,
in the San Francisco bay area, new ticket sales are announced on
Friday and start selling on Sunday. And when you find out, please
help your fellow Tori fans by spreading the information.

HOW CAN I GET GOOD SEATS?
No, I can't get you good seats. No, Richard Caldwell of RDT can't
pull strings and get good seats for you. No, we can't get you
backstage passes. Just take your chances in line or on the phone.

WILL THE SHOW SELL OUT?
Yes, most of the concerts have been selling out within an hour
so you want to be at the ticket outlet when sales start, don't
plan on going later in the day when the crowd dies down.

THE SCHEDULE SHOWS 3 CONCERTS FOR (MY CITY) BUT THEATER DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT
THE SECOND SHOW?
A concert promoter will often hold back the second show until
after the first one sells out. This has been done for some of
the Tori concerts. If you call the theater or ticket agency
then they will deny any information about a second show. However,
it will usually go on sale minutes after the first one sells out
so you might want to hang out at the ticket outlet for a while.

THE CONCERT IN (MY CITY) IS SOLD OUT, HOW CAN I GET TICKETS?
1. Post on-line asking if anybody has extra tickets to sell.
2. Keep a close eye on-line to see if anybody has extra tickets.
3. Call a local ticket seller/broker. You will pay a high price.
4. Look in the newspaper ads. You will pay a high price.
5. Keep trying the ticket agency, sometimes tickets are returned.
Especially on the day of the show - often extra seats are freed
up or unused tickets are returned to the box office.
6. Go to the theater and buy from somebody selling on the street.
I've bought great Tori seats for below face value just before
the show.

Q: How does the second edition of the "All These Years" biography differ from
the first edition?
A: The second edition has an extra chapter covering the "Boys For Pele" era.
It includes new pictures in this chapter and a partial tour itinerary.
Both first and second editions have the same ISBN number.

Q: Do new versions of "Boys For Pele" say they contain the "Tornado Remix"
version of "Talula"?
A: Yes. For a while copies of BFP were being sold with the old packaging
but the new version of "Talula". Now the packaging has also been updated.

Q: I heard somebody doing a cover of "Cornflake Girl", what is this?
A: The band Jawbox has covered that song. Its a hidden track on their
new album titled "Jawbox".

Q: Is Tori coming to Australia? Back to Europe?
A: Tori is now doing an extensive US tour which ends on November 11. I don't
know if she will continue touring after that. I don't have any information
on plans for Australia or Europe.

Q: Will there be an Unplugged album?
A: Ilka Heber, the European contact for Really Deep Thoughts fanzine reports
that there will be an Unplugged album. However, it will be released by
MTV, not Atlantic or East West. No further details are availble. So,
currently there are NO official releases of an MTV "Unplugged" CD or video.

CHARTS:
"Boys For Pele" entered the UK album charts at #2 but later fell
to #28 by 2/14. It entered the Finnish charts at #28 and climbed
as high as #13 before sliding back down the charts. In the US,
"Boys For Pele" entered the charts at #2, took a big drop in the
following weeks and then slowly slid down to its current position
of #101. It entered the German charts on 2/12 and attained #9
before slowly falling off the charts.

TOUR:
I've heard that Tori will return to Europe and the US after this
first swing through. I've also heard that Tori will be in Australia
in August but that is currently unconfirmed. These concert dates
were provided by Really Deep Thoughts, the official Tori Amos fanzine.
The "on sale" dates come from TicketMaster and fans. I try very hard
to make this as correct and current as possible but do not guarantee
the accuracy of this information.
